These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Relayed, operated by RealRecruit, LLC. They apply to non-member visitors ("Visitors") and members with registered accounts ("Members"). By accessing or using Relayed, you agree to these Terms, including a binding arbitration provision and waiver of class actions described below. If you do not agree, do not use Relayed.
We may modify these Terms at any time; the current version is posted on relayed.com. Your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance, so please review them regularly.
You must be at least 14 years old to use Relayed, must not be a competitor or a previously banned user, and institutional users must have a written agreement with us. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access. Accounts may be suspended or cancelled at any time.
You may use Relayed only for lawful purposes consistent with these Terms. You may not harass or contact members without consent, introduce automated agents or scrape data, interfere with the operation of the service, or reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source of any part of the service.
You represent that you own or have the rights to the content you submit and that it does not violate any privacy, copyright, or confidentiality obligation. Prohibited content includes anything offensive, unlawful, misleading, infringing, exploitative of minors, or otherwise in violation of these Terms. We may review, modify, or remove content that we deem to be in violation, but have no obligation to do so.
If you opt in to receive SMS messages from an organization using Relayed, you consent to receive messages related to the service — verification codes, replies, and notifications about a request or report. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mobile information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
We grant you a limited license to use Relayed; no ownership is transferred. All content, graphics, interfaces, code, design, and trademarks remain the property of RealRecruit, LLC. You may not remove copyright notices, or rent, lease, distribute, or sublicense any part of the service.
Any feedback you submit is non-confidential, and you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable, worldwide license to use it.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we expressly disclaim the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100), and we are not liable for indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages.
You agree to defend and indemnify RealRecruit, LLC and its affiliates, officers, and agents from any third-party claims, losses, or demands arising from your use of Relayed or breach of these Terms.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access without notice for any violation of these Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration under the Commercial Rules of the American Arbitration Association, and class actions are waived. Claims under $10,000 may be resolved by telephonic or online arbitration; larger claims will be heard in Charlotte, North Carolina. Patent, copyright, and trademark claims are excluded from arbitration.
